Traffic chaos as horses on the loose in Darlington

Loose horses caused havoc for motorists in a part of Darlington this morning. The animals were running free along Yarm Road, near to the Cummins plant, according to eyewitnesses. Rebecca Hooton, who works for mobile phone manufacturer Orange, said: "We are on the top floor and I looked out and couldnt believe my eyes really.
